Some of my latest work

My art explores the connection I have with nature and animals. More recently, I have been exploring nature in a more abstract way using the flow and interaction of paint to create the textures and colours of nature. I love the aqua blues of the shimmering ocean and the vibrant colours of nature along with a hint of the precious metals of the Earth – silver, gold, bronze and copper. I have been experimenting by painting on natural wood and reclaimed Welsh slate to create texture and a tactile representation of nature. Wherever my art takes me, it will always reflect my passion for the natural world.
